Nestled in the foothills of the Mount Rainier National Park, The Rainer Music Festival is a testament to pure Pacific Northwest peace and exhilaration. The Rainier Music Festival is held every year in the heart of the Northwest premier mountain climbing town of Ashford Wa. The festival offers a full day of many different genres of music and some of the best artist in the Pacific Northwest, all presented the first Saturday in August at the beautiful Ashford County Park and Amphitheater.​The event kicks off on the Friday night before with an outdoor Open Mic stage located at the Base Camp Bar & Grill next to world renowned Whittaker’s Historic Motel and Bunkhouse. This event is open to everyone that wants to show and share their musical talents. The Festival welcomes all families and ages with a no charge entry for persons 17 and under. We are proud of our incredibly supportive community, artist, staff, volunteers, and our wonderful guest. Rainer Music Festival will truly create an addiction of relaxation, fresh air and a peace of mind people have been needing all year!
